“I’ve bought 3 vehicles on BAT and sold two. I worked with Autogalerie for one purchase and Autogalerie sold two on my behalf. The vehicle I purchased, where they were the seller representing the owner, went seamlessly, including communication with the owner and transfer of funds and title/bill of sale exchange. When I picked up the vehicle from the facility, I observed the shop to be tidy and well organized. Autogalerie was helpful in getting the motorcycle loaded on the trailer and I was on my way. The motorcycle they represented for the owner was exactly as described and in excellent condition. The purchase exceeded my expectations. “I actually stumbled on Autogalerie. I was looking on Facebook at a car that they had advertised for sale. I then saw that they run auctions on bring a Trailer , at the time I was considering selling my car on bringin a trailer. I sent a message to Yves, he responded to me very quickly and explained thoroughly what would happen if I decided to let them handle my listing and they did exactly what they said. They came with a beautiful trailer, picked up my car, brought it to their facility and did a full detail, not only on the top of the car, but also underneath the car. They took over 500 pictures and did a 40 minute video and handled any questions that anyone had during the auction. I could not have done what they did which I believed helped my car sell for a lot more money than what I expected . Anytime I had a question and called them, they responded to me promptly.
